Memory Problems Became Disaster For Our Health


Now a day’s memory problems are increasing day by day it can causes a serious disaster for our health. We can protect our self from memory problems if we adopt few healthier tips so these vital tips are as follows. We can protect our self from memory stroke if we exercise regularly, keeping our body weight down, maintain our blood pressure, take a healthy diet such as fresh fruits and vegetables and also by avoiding smoking. So many researches shows that as the age increases  chances of memory stroke and cognitive impairment increases so these two problems  leading to death.  Stroke arises when blood supply to brain is blocked   because of the blockage of blood vessel to our brain. Few major causes of memory loss is deficiency of vitamin B12, anxiety and depression, nutritional problem, under and overactive thyroid gland and also stroke and head injuries are included in causes of memory problems which can also affect our health. So above are few important tips for protecting our memory from memory problems so we all must adopt these tips and make ourselves healthier.
