  In today’s life style our brain age is gone speedily before overall age because now days mostly people take alcohol and drinking heavily and also smoke cigarettes that loses their abilities of brain because of these types of habits mostly youngsters die their skills and also abilities of surviving their brain. Several problems of brain aging arises because of these habits such as stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes because of high calories in alcohol, poorer thinking skills and so many other dangerous diseases arises and our brain abilities diminished quickly before our age. Smoking increases the level of molecules in our brain tissues so these processes directly harm neurons in our brain. If smokers would like to keep their brain working properly with age than they must avoid from alcohol and cigarettes consumption.  Many scientists advise that smoking and consuming alcohol damages brain skills and abilities so because of these reasons smokers must leave these habits and keep their brain active and young.
