Obesity Approach


No doubt obesity is common problem now a days in whole world this problem is increasing day by day, are you involved in obesity and due to obesity your life become disturbed then you follow our few tips which we share in our this small post. From medical point of view obesity is caused due to excess eating of food and lack of exercise. Main cause of obesity is surplus eating of food if you want to reduce your obesity then always eat healthier food such as eat fruits and more prefer to vegetables and consume those food which can easily digestible. Many researches shows that obesity is not a disease but due to obesity certain serious diseases may cause such as heart disease, diabetes, depression, cancer and many more other serious diseases which may lead to death. Simply obesity is not a disease it is caused due to excess amount of food eating. By changing daily life style can reduces obesity problem such as walking less due to convince availability  causes obesity problem and also due to lack of daily physical exercise cause obesity problem, daily exercise about 130 minutes can help a lot in reducing obesity, diet and exercise are best cure intended for obesity. So our above discussion is about obesity which causes negative effect in health and reduces capability of life and increases health related problems.
