Stress is harming for health


Stress harms our health it is very common disease now days in the whole world. Stress is very dangerous disease because of stress so many diseases occurs in our body system such as heart diseases which are arises because of stress and also cancer and so many other diseases cause because of stress. Stress is such as a killer which leads our whole body system to serious illness and this serious illness may leads to death so we can proper treat stress and live happy life. According to modern researches because of stress so many problem occurs in our body system. Because of stress whole life style is changing such as our body weight suddenly changes some time body weight reduces and some time it increases. If peoples have less body fat than simply it means that stress harm these peoples less because of low body fat. If people have high body fat than these people stress have more affected. Scientific researcher’s advice that if we want to minimize risk of stress then we must first of all minimize their body fat. When stress became uncontrolled it may leads to upset immune system and also damages parts of body such as heart. So from avoiding above health harming reasons we must avoid stress and live happy and healthier life.
