Guidelines For Heal Insomnia


        Following are some important guidelines for heal insomnia disease. We know that average people waste more than 1/3rd of their lives on sleeping. Sleep is very important for every one because it is very essential for our life. Sleeps gives our mind and body the break and also rest that it needs after a long day of physical and mental movement. Sleep allows our body and brain to restore and revitalize itself. If we do not sleep on time regularly then we must cause an insomnia disease because this disease cause so many other diseases such as anxiety, stress, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and also an obesity disease so these are common diseases because of insomnia.  So for securing our health from insomnia we must follow some guidelines which are given below.
First of all we make proper bedtime routine such as create a timetable for sleeping.
And after that we must make a habit of exercise regularly. Experiments and studies have proved that exercise releases stress and anxiety.
Research also proved that we must sleep at least 6 to 8 hrs daily. Research also proved that sufficient sleep can also enhance the risk of insulin resistance.
  So above are some important guidelines if we adopt these guidelines than we must away from insomnia disease which creates so many other harmful diseases.
