waste more than 1/3rd of their lives on sleeping. Sleep is very important for

securing our health from insomnia we must follow some guidelines which are given
below.
First of all we make
proper bedtime routine such as create a timetable for sleeping.
And after that we must make
a habit of exercise regularly. Experiments
and studies have proved that exercise releases stress and anxiety.
Research also proved
that we must sleep at least 6 to 8 hrs daily. Research also proved that sufficient
sleep can also enhance the risk of insulin resistance.

many other harmful diseases.
