   Cancer is a type of disease which is very dangerous, cancer involved unregulated cell growth. In cancer cells divide and increase without control and form bad tumors and they attack parts of whole body.  Now a days this dangerous disease is increases whole the world rapidly. Pure healthy life routine and best diet can control the progress of cancer. So here are few suggestions to reduce the risk of cancer.
First of all we must control our weight. The most important risk of cancer is increased body weight and mostly abdominal fat, this increased body weight act as a gland in body. Unnecessary hormones direct the stimulation of body tissues this whole process leads to cancer.
Another important suggestion to reduce risk of cancer is do not use tobacco. Taking any type of tobacco can lead to increase the risk of cancer.
Protection from sun is also important to reduce risk of cancer so avoid from mid day sun.
Healthy food is also so important to avoid risk of cancer. So we must use large amount of vegetables and fruits.
